Whiting Style Box Truck / Trailer Door Hinge and Roller Kit
Kits are available for 5, 6, or 7 panel doors
Kits include
Whiting
style centers hinges, end hinges/roller carriers, 2” rollers, & hardware.
There is an option to purchase the top and/or bottom roller carriers fixture brackets
(sold in pairs)
Rollers are 2” Nylon OR Zinc plated steel with hardened shaft and raceways, 3.75” overall length, 3” shaft length, 7/16” shaft diameter
(choose roller type in options)
Hinges are black e-coated steel

Top and bottom roller carriers fixture brackets are
black e-coated
steel

Bottom reefer/heavy duty style
roller carriers fixture brackets are also available
(see pictures for dimensions)
Bottom roller
carriers fixture brackets include Stainless Steel wear shims
(see pictures)
Bolts 1/4”-20 X 1-1/2” zinc plated step bolt and includes kep nut
(1/4”-20 X 2 elevator bolts are available on request if required)
A 5 panel kit would include 8 center hinges, 8 end hinges, 12 rollers, 64 bolts, & 64 nuts
Each additional panel chosen would add 2 center hinges, 2 end hinges, 2 rollers, 16 bolts, & 16 nuts
If top and/or bottom roller carriers fixture brackets are added it would also increase the hardware accordingly
