    WD - My Passport 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Blue - Open Box!.
    We aquired this hard drive from a police impound vehicle.. it still has the plastic on the outside and th4 usb cable appeard new. The box shows alot of wear and the hard drive dosent have any data on it.
    We are assuming its new just open box. The device was tested with softwear provided by western digital and passed all tests.. and transfers files fine.. no odd noises or any faults to mention
