    Description

    This is a Vintage Sterling Silver Cigarette Silent Butler Made in Mexico.  It is signed M.A.P., Sterling Hecho in Mexico D.F.  It is also stamped "Plata", which actually means "Silver" in Spanish.   I have done research over the years and I have seen this mark before but I cannot figure what or where the M.A.P. hallmark is or where in Mexico it originated from.  This item is in great condition.  The reflection in the photos of the silver itself are just that, a reflection from the light box.  This cigarette butler is the same silver shine throughout.  The butler weighs 464 grams.  It measures 6 inches round across the butler and 2 inches in height.  The handle measures 5 1/2 inches long from its silver base to the end of the handle.   It is monogrammed with the letter "H".  Postage covers all packing materials and the cost of shipping and handling.  Thank you for looking.
