Vintage Kitchen Exhaust Fan. Emerson Electric Co. Exterior Wall Steel Frame equipped with a BOMAX Type XE-02 Fan.
I am listing this unit as used because it does show wear from being in a box for many years. It has never been installed and used. I plugged it in to test and the fan runs perfectly.
This listing is for just the fan and frame wall mount unit with the exterior louvered vent and the original fan. There are no instructions, no interior wall decorative wall grate / grill and no wiring or mounting hardware. This is a heavy duty stamped steel frame it has its original gray primer type paint on it. There is paint loss and some areas of surface rust and scratches from being stored. The inspection label is dated 3-27-73..
The rough opening for mounting inside the wall is 9 1/4“ x 9 1/4“. The exterior vent measures about 11 1/4“ x 11 1/4“ and the round frame around the fan is about 7 inches in diameter.
