    Description

    Fabric cutter for making hooked rug strips by Ridgeway Crafts, Salem, MA. Can also be used for paper quilling, etc.
    Size stated is Medium (1/8").  Good vintage condition.
    The piece that screws up to the bottom of a table is wiggly (I'm not sure if this is how it is intended to be or not). It does not seem to be in danger of coming off.
