Vintage 1981 Vandor Pelzman Designs jointed dog clown heart figurine

as pictured from estate...
rare vintage black and white jointed dog with clown attire and pink heart...sticker on back ways vandor 1981 and designer pelzman...just under 5" long and jointed at arms and legs..could be hung as ornament or it does position itself in seated position..in good condition but evidentually foot was broken and repaired at some time..
