Tigershark PWC with Trailer

Tigershark DOES NOT RUN. We had this for a summer and it worked great until it was flipped and submerged in water. It is old (1996) and an old style PWC. We do not know much about these or anything about how to fix/ anything mechanical so maybe it could run if worked on or could be used for parts? It comes with a trailer and is located on Lake Dunmore, VT. Open to offers
