    Description

    Ski Doo XP QRS jackshaft secondary clutch removal tool. Fits most 2008 XP And Newer Ski-doo's. This tool makes it unnecessary to take the chain case apart to remove the jackshaft for the secondary. This threads in where the upper gear bolt goes. Loosen the chain tensioner, Remove the retaining bracket behind the driven clutch and then gently hit the end of this tool with a plastic or rubber hammer. You can then unscrew the secondary from the tool while this stays in the gear through the chain case. The gear will not drop down. Reassemble in reverse order. You can also perform this procedure with the tension still on the chain.
