Rare Old Wire Fox Terrier Signed Oversize Dog Postcard Ruwharige Netherlands

This card was purchased in Amsterdam, Netherlands by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.
This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this rare oversized vintage postcard is an art portrait of a gorgeous Wire Fox Terrier.  Under the portrait is the artist's signature but I had trouble making out all of the correct letters.   The publisher was the Netherlands based De Muinck & Co.  On the back is no handwriting but a manufacturer's printed bit of dog information:  RUWHARIGE TERRIER.  Ruwharige is the Dutch name for a Wirehaired Terrier.
Measurements are approximately: 4" x 5.75" so this is an overize postcard.   Aside from some signs of surface wear including a creased corner,  this card is still easy to see and appreciate!
