    This card was purchased in Amsterdam, Netherlands by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.
    This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
    On the front of this unusual vintage postcard is an art portrait of a gorgeous Wire Fox Terrier.  The dog is well proportioned and detailed.  Color was beautifully applied to this lovely postcard.  On the back is a handwritten message in Dutch, an address in the Netherlands and a 1956 Netherlands postmark.
    Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.   Aside from very few signs of surface wear, this card is still easy to see and appreciate!
