*In order to get 'scrunched' textured look, you must choose a size larger than the length of the pipe in order to 'scrunch' it.*
Used to cover the standard pipe and drape hardware (the uprights) 1-1/2 to 2" diameter
Like long stockings these Pipe Covers are made in a stretch material, so they cling and don't fall but you can pass easily over the union of the 2 or 3  pieces pipes.
