Vintage old tool in good working condition. It has Tarnishing and rust all normal due to its age. See photos. Some small dents. It can use a cleaning.

I actually found this inside of an old man's workshop he is 92 years old. He used to own multiple Car dealerships he is now long retired  And enjoying life.
