All of our Liquid Colors are finely milled for smooth, streak free incorporation into your cosmetics projects. We recommend using our Liquid Colors at 10-15% for full opacity. Perfect for lip gloss, lipstick, or soap making projects.
Please note that the Neon Blue color has been discontinued by our supplier and only the other 5 colors (Neon Purple, Neon Pink, Neon Coral, Neon Orange, and Neon Yellow) will be in the set.
