The 8900W LJ8900W Liftmaster replaces the 3900 model (NOT compatible with Low Headroom Application)
The LJ8900W is LiftMaster's first wall-mounted commercial door operator with built-in Wi-Fi®. Intended for applications using smaller, lighter sectional commercial doors requiring 25 cycles or less per day, the LJ8900W is ideal for dock doors, small warehouses, small businesses, and outbuildings. Wi-Fi® capability with remote access puts YOU in control of daily operations at your facility. MyQ® Technology enables monitoring and control of the facility operators through a mobile app. Built-in Wi-Fi® for simple operator internet connection. Real-time alerts indicate door status via email or push notifications. Open or close the door from anywhere with just a tap of your phone. Enhanced protection features keep your door secure and grant access only to you.
The rugged LJ8900W features a commercial-grade design with steel chassis and rigid plastic cover. Internal chain and sprocket drive mechanism. Auto-force adjustment for the changing weather and environmental conditions. Electronic limits for easy setup. DC Wi-Fi® Logic Board with a built-in surge suppressor. Reliable, heavy-duty 12V DC motor with automatic thermal protection and permanent lubrication. Smooth start/stop reduces wear for lasting performance. A speed of 8.5" per second for the door to move upward and 7.6" per second for the door to move downward. Security+ 2.0® safeguards facility access with rolling code technology, opening for registered devices ONLY. The Protector System® automatically reverses the door if an entrapment protection device detects an obstruction. Battery backup and automatic door lock capable (sold separately).
