I believe there is a CUB SCOUT, A BOY SCOUT and an EXPLORER SCOUT SHOWN IN THE ILLUSTRATION.
CONDITION:  Normal letter folds that are not visible in the scan, has no writing on it, very good condition.  IS APPROXIMATELY 9" x 11 1/4" IN SIZE (WHEN OPEN).        The "ebay item" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is NOT attached to the letterhead.
