This listing is for a nice Sterling Silver individual cigarette cup and ashtray engraved with the logo of an unidentified golf course or golf club. Both pieces are engraved CCC with a golf tee to the side. The set was made by International Silver and are marked "International, Sterling, NA 2 5".
Cup measures 2" high and 1 7/8" in diameter
. Ashtray measures 1/2" high and 3" in diameter. Combined weight is 85 grams.
Both pieces are in very good to excellent Estate condition with no dents or dings reflecting only minor signs of normal wear (see photos).
The only reference to CCC I could find was a reference to the Clearwater Country Club in Clearwater FL which is a semi-private, Herbert Strong designed, 18-hole golf course built in 1920. Whether these pieces came from that Country Club or another, they are unique and attractive.
