A solid silver structure ashtray with applied two cigarette rests.
Figural form plate with scroll borders and stands on three ball-feet.
Decorated with die-cast images of two lovers.
Crisp and clear details.
Not monogrammed.
Hallmarked to one of cigarette rests:
"trademark" for unidentified German maker/manufacturer;
"800" for 0,800/1000 silver purity;
Israel tax/duty mark in a form of a Hebrew letter "Mem" with numerals "17"
Made in Germany, ca.1900's., Israeli import, ca.1960's.
Clean, free of dings, dents, blemishes and restorations.
Rare for its image and combine marks.
