    This postcard was purchased in Amsterdam, Netherlands by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.

    On the front of this rare vintage matte postcard is an early sepia photo portrait by Lotte Herrlich of four ADORABLE Smooth Fox Terrier puppies.   On the back is a handwritten message in Dutch and a 1934 date on that message.  There is no stamp or postmark.   This postcard was never mailed.  It
    was originally made in the Netherlands.  Around the perimeter is a lovely scalloped edge.
    Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a  standard size postcard.   Aside from very few signs of surface wear, this card is still easy to see and appreciate!
