    Description

You are bidding on a large, very rare original antique print from an 1890s French illustrated journal.
It depicts two smooth fox terrier dogs fighting over a snarred rabbit. The dogs are braced (coupled) together-- a common dog training method of the day.
Also included with the print is a second page from the same journal with an 10-inch article. It is in French, but free computer translation programs make it easy to translate.
The caption roughly translates to: A Litigation (See Article on the Hunt & The Fox Terrier)
It is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills most of the page, with a French caption below.
The page is in excellent condition for its age.
There is text/photos on the back of the print.
See scan for an accurate view of the condition.
This is GENUINE antique/vintage item. It is not a modern reproduction.
