1) Lay all the metal arcs flat on the floor, paired with same letters
2) Connect all  metal arcs together to make a full circle; adjust the positions and/or rearrange the sequence of the metal arcs if they did not connect at first
3) Place the metal base steadily on the floor
4) Have at least two people working together to flip the full circle up, lift and connect it onto the base, tighten the four screws that connect to the base
5) Put weight on the base, anchoring it to the floor
DO NOT connect the metal arcs onto the base until a full circle is made
