Do not use a impact gun.  Can cause damage to the clutch threads.
Tool should start to thread in by hand,  do not force.
Use a lubricant on the puller threads before using.
Sorry we can not be responsible for a broken tool. We make these out of a hard steel which cost more and have them heat treated but we get a couple a year that snap.  Some clutches get frozen on and we are not there to see how the tool was used
