The max dimensions center to center (sides are curved): 12.125”x10.875”
Note that the center light lens cutout has about a 8"x7" measurement
or "almost square" overall dimensions and has grill vents on all four sides.
(if you have your old grill/lens, check it measures the same! - if it has a "narrrow retangle" shaped lens cutout  and grill vents only on two sides, you need the old style grill/lens or upgrade to new grill/lens and bulb reflector - see below)

If you have a different looking grill, ie. you have 769RL(original) 769RFT(original) 769RF V769RF 763RL 763RLN(original) 669L 669LN 669FN 757 770F VF307CN VF707RCN 663 663N 663FL 663L 663LN VF305CN VF705RCN,
to use this newer style grill and lens
, you will first need to replace your light bulb reflector with S1019B000 from later models (see item # 252833542366, which you can find by pasting into ebay search box).
Tip
: you may want to increase your motor plate mounting stud length if you have difficulty mounting the newer reflector.
Otherwise, for these
earlier original versions (763 769 variants) or models with different looking grill and lens with grill recess measuring 8.25”x5.5” for mounting metal light bulb reflector 7.75” long by 5” wide
, the correct part #’s are: S85315000 (85315-000 / 85315000) which includes grille S85316000 (85316-000 / 85316000) and lens S89765000 (89765-000 / 89765000). See ebay item # 252774686510, which you can find by pasting into ebay search box (may or may not be in stock). —- Some older models came originally with different grills which are no longer available.
