This banner can be hung on the back of a chair. Each panel is 3" by 5" tall. Tutu and banner measure Appx. 18 inches long.

Done in all white accents (lace and tutu) with pink flowers. You can change to white flowers or other flower color—leave note to seller at checkout. This can also be done in ivory by leaving a note at checkout.
Each banner piece is made with machine embroidery lettering on real burlap, venise lace and finished on side edges.
PLEASE NOTE: The tutu is for decorative use only. Do not use near a candle or other open flame. Banner contains hand stitched pearls which could pose a choking hazard to small children.
