Note:
Some systems coming from the factory are not completely machined, for instance, on some of the manifolds the vacuum holes are not drilled. We carefully inspect each system and make any necessary corrections before being shipped to you.
Assembly:
The manifolds are typically not machined from the factory to accept all the necessary sensors, i.e. the map sensor and the air intake temperature sensor. We make any necessary corrections and then pre-assemble or install the injectors, the map sensor, the air intake temperature sensor, the Throttle Position Sensor and the Idle Air Control Module and we pre-wire those components. This is a very tedious job and we do it at no charge to you.
Port Matching: We port match all systems that include heads at no charge. If you are purchasing a system without heads, we will port match your manifold for 0, assuming the ports on your heads are larger than that of the manifold. If not, you may need to port match your heads to match the manifold once you’ve received your order. Simply provide us with the Felpro intake gasket part number that corresponds to your intake port sizes and we will use that part number gasket as a template.
