    These colors won't leave a ring around your tub. For Bath Bombs if oil is to be used, I recommend adding polysorbate 80 to your bath bomb mixtures up to 6%. This is a binding agent and helps bind the oils and water together. It also adds a little more fizz to you bath bomb.
