Each one is built using only state-of-the-art materials, incorporating precision manufacturing techniques to meet exacting tolerances.
TOP & BOTTOM COGS
Arctic Cat original equipment belts are double cogged, so more of the belt contacts the clutch surfaces. This results in faster acceleration, maximum efficiency and superb overall performance. Double-cog design provides structure while adding surface area for greater cooling and longer life. In fact, our belt runs up to 15° cooler than flat-top aftermarket belts.

The Aramax inner cord provides incredible strength and durability for high-horsepower, high-performance sleds. In addition, each belt is reinforced with top-grade, high-flexibility, shock-resistant Aramax aramid-fiber cords, and chemically treated for maximum power transmission and length stability.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE PREMIUM COMPOUNDS
Arctic Cat’s OEM belts incorporate advanced “premium” compound materials that ensure optimum belt performance under all riding conditions. The advanced aramid-fiber-loaded rubber compound resists wear and delivers consistent power while minimizing slippage over a broad range of operating temperatures. The thicker, highly flexible design increases grip to clutch surfaces for increased power transmission.
