You are bidding on a cabinet photo by JOSE MORA (1849-1926)  2-1/2" x 4" of Russian pianist, Anna ESSIPOVA, (ESSIPOFF) 1850-1914.
A youthful photo, perhaps age 19 (1869).
She was the second of four wives of Theodore Leschetizky.
Anna made her debut in St. Petersburg in 1892
and is known to have 25 piano concertos in her repertoire and over 300 piano solo works from memory.
The photo is a brownish "sepia" color and in excellent condition.
