Item Description
Each item you are bidding on is for 250 (TWO HUNDRED FIFTY) Custom Code 128 barcode sticker label - as shown in pictures.
These are glossy white polyester stickers, approximately 2 inch x 0.50 inch (50 mm x 13 mm) in size. These are waterproof, extremely resistant to flaking, smearing and scratching, and to extreme chemicals and temperature. It has high shear permanent acrylic adhesive. These stickers are used in industrial, automotive, medical, and chemical identification applications.
Apply to dry and clean smooth surface, preferably on high surface energy materials. Please use isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to clean the surface.
Format of the sticker:

First Line:
Provide your product name or any title or message - maximum of 22 alphanumeric characters. All letters in upper case.

Second Line:
Barcode using Code 128 - Provide your starting number formatted as below:
1)
Maximum of 14 alphanumeric characters
2)
Maximum of 5 letters in upper case and placed before the numbers. Letters are fixed.
3)
Minimum of 5 numbers
4)
Maximum of 14 numbers without letters
5)
Example: A00123, or ABCDE123456789, or
ABC12345678901, or just numbers like: 00001, or 12345678912345.
6)
Consecutive numbering sequence – the next number in the sequence could vary by 1 up to 99. The
sequence would have a random numbering effect by using higher number. Example: 00000, 00001, 00002, 00003, 00004 (varies by 1), or 00000, 00005, 00010, 00015 (varies by 5)

Third Line:
This is the human readable value of second line - the barcode. You can add fixed prefix to it: like P/N:, or S/N: (maximum of 4). Or anything not related to second line, similar to first line, like a message, with 22  maximum alphanumeric characters, or similar to second line (barcode line) - a completely different consecutive number but in human readable form.

You can duplicate one or more stickers  to have the same information.  O

. You can have the consecutive number sequence change to the next number only after a number of stickers.

Shipping Terms
All items with economy shipping will ship in stamped envelope without tracking number. This includes USPS First Class Domestic Mail and First Class Mail International Letter.
Domestic shipping with tracking number available at an additional cost during payment.
Handling and shipping is 1 to 3 business days from payment date. Additional 5 to 10 business days for custom orders. You will get a message of the actual shipping date.
Acceptance scan of tracking number means your item was shipped and in possession of shipping carrier. For stamped envelope, postmark date is stamped at USPS distribution center 24 to 48 hours after order was accepted for shipping by local post office.
International Buyers - Maximum Order of 2 Items Only.
USPS does not guarantee on-time delivery of First Class Domestic Mail, First Class Mail International Letter, First Class Package, Parcel Select and Priority Mail.

Incorrect, improperly formatted, or outdated  shipping address  is  major reason for delayed delivery of mail/package and Item Not Received, in particular:
Buyer's legal eBay registered account name and address required in shipping address. Others not allowed. No drop ship allowed.
Company address – buyer's title, office, office number, and building number are required. This prevents company mail room clerk from making delivery mistake.
