    Description

    Up for bid is a vintage political item that urges U.S. citzens to "vote as you think (and) think when you vote" in the upcoming election. It was made to hand on a door knob and was distributed door-to-door by Boy Scouts. Based on other items I purchased with it at an estate sale, I believe it is from 1952. It is made of heavy paper and is in the shape of the Liberty Bell. It is 7 inches tall and 6 1/4 inches wide and is in very good condition, with a couple of light creases but no other damage. This piece features the Boy Scouts of America seal and the BSA Freedoms Foundation seal on the front. The reverse features the credo of The American Way of Life. This would make a wonderful addition to any collection of Boy Scouts or political memorabilia. See my listings for other vintage items.
